Abstract: As a result of studies on the effect of antibiotics on quality of producing boars’ semen, the perfect dose of sanitizing agents cefotaxime, cefepime and ampicillin was determined as part of semen diluent which contributes to obtaining better results in terms of mobility, morphological and acrosome integrity of genital gametes compared to similar spectrum preparations. The use of cefepime, cefotaximum, ampicillin and furadonin at a dose of 250 mg per 1 liter of diluent has a high sanation effect (up to 100%) on the revealed microflora of boar semen – Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus / lytae, Kocuria varians and Streptococcus porcinus. Application of 250mg/1 l of sanifying preparations cefotaxime, cefepime and ampicillin in the diluent composition promotes to increase the mobility indicator on 8,8 % within 72 hours of storage. Addition of ampicillin in the dose of 250 mg/1 l of diluent allows to preserve the morphological and acrosomal integrity of sexual gametes up to 95 %.
