Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), Insecticidium tutum consideratum, servo insecticidali nomine Cry in sporulatione producit, quae eximias proprietates immunologicas possident. In hoc opere experimento immunohistochemico utens, demonstravimus Cry1Ac protoxin (pCry1Ac) ligare ad superficiem mucosalem muris intestini. Ligand, dele tentamen- dium deprehendere nobis licuit, sub conditionibus denaturis, sex pCry1ac-vincientes polypeptides quae in limbo penicillo vesiculae membranae ab intestini tenuiore separatae sunt. Praeterea, dapibus hic inductus in situ mutationibus temporalibus in proprietatibus electrophysiologicis muris jejuni. Notitia consecuta indicant possibilis commercium in vivo Cry servo cum alvo animali quae mutationes in intestini status physiologici inducere potuit.
