Abstract: The current technique of modern biotechnology, employed in the improvement of the species used by genetic engineering, has raised concerns, especially when it comes to the release of these organisms in the environment. Given the demonstration of scientific uncertainty about the possible damage that the spread of these genetic variations in nature, which would never occur but for the human intervention, may have, is that you have invoked the application of the precautionary principle, which embodies the constitutional imperative protection precautionary environment.
