Abstract:
There are limited data in the scientific literature on the role and metabolism of genetically modified soy in guinea pigs. Researchers have found that soy reduces total plasma cholesterol and reduce atherosclerotic lesions in guinea pigs (1, 2). The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of genetically modified soy, on histomorphological liver changes in guinea pigs.
