Abstract:
Biochemical changes in blood serum at rats with chronic gastroenterocolitis during the use of genetically modified soyа bean were studied. It is shown, that at use in a feed of genetically modified products specific changes in an albuminous spectrum of blood serum are marked. The data on activation of processes of rotting in an intestines, change of a metabolism in hepatocytes are received. It was revealed absence of toxic action of transgenic food products on kidneys of experimental animals.
