Abstract: The mast cells of lungs and heart have the reaction on the long, during 6 months, action of small doses of herbicides of dipyridylphosphate and roundup with the increase of their number and the increase of their functional activity, that become apparent uneven rise of degranulation. It is histochemical proved that these processes make correlation from the rise activity of monoamine axidase, especially to the places where mast cells accumulate and there are active fibroblasts.
